Excellent service and very happy with the result.
 
The technician arrived on time, was anxious to please and keen to ensure that the masking and taping of our bathroom was carried out to ensure full protection of existing surfaces etc.
Once work was completed he left a perfect finish to the bath and was very happy with the result of his work.
I am a construction director for a national contractor ROK, we have 4000 employees and would be very happy if my own technicians behaved and produced the same quality on the work they carry out.

I had been meaning to email to say I was very pleased with my bath being resurfaced. The Technician was a very likeable guy who did a very professional job. I was surprised how much prep work was done before the job got started. It made me feel like he knew what he was doing. The place was spotless after he had left.

I could have got the work done cheaper by someone I came accross on the web site, but I choose your company as I felt I got good feedback whenever I emailed. It made me feel that I had confidence in your company and if I had a problem later then I could get it fixed without a fuss. So with that in mind, customer relations is your first priority and it must have worked. I think a good website and advertising is a big thing.
 
Anyway, thanks for a great job well done.
